We have recently learned that Nokia have released a limited edition Nokia N97 mini RAOUL. This has not gone down well with Engadget readers; one of them said that they should forget about it and bring out a limited edition N900 instead. Do you agree with that?
Nokia have teamed up with fashion house RAOUL to offer this limited edition N97 mini. The phone comes presented in a leather case; this will house the stripe-emblazoned N97 mini. There is to be just 1,000 units made, costing 400 Euros ($589).
Most of you will agree that we are all now waiting on the release of the Nokia N900 (Hands-on Video), but we are still a little confused about what to call the device. Is the N900 a Smartphone or is it a portable PC maybe it is both? The Apple iPhone is classed as both, which was clear from the start. Nokia have not made it clear as to what the N900 is.
The Nokia N900 is a bit on the chunky side for today’s standards, so it cannot be a Smartphone then. This is certainly confusing matters now. I have two questions for you, is the N900 a Smartphone or a portable PC and would you like to see a Nokia N900 LE?

Who cares what the marketing minions call it.
You know the specs, its features and the price tag. What good does giving it a label do?
Do people really care?
amen.
It’s a Mobile Phone….
Thats it lol…
Every phone that comes out gets better and upgraded, my computer at home is a lot more advanced than my old P4, Doesn’t mean i’m going to change that name of it to a ‘Super Computer’
No matter what a mobile phone has, it’s primary function is PHONING. The N900 looks to be a great device, I will get it when it comes out. I just hope LOTS of developers jump on board so we can have loads of cool apps and games like the iPhone.
