
New ASUS notebook Announced: UL30, UL50AG and UL50VG
By: Jamie Pert | October 9, 2009 | Leave a CommentASUS UK have recently announced three new notebooks which are part of their “UL” series, the UL stands for UnLimited, they have recently released a promotional video along with a full press release, you can see all of this on SlashGear’s article here, the video has also been embedded below.
The three new notebooks are the UL30, the UL50AG and UL50VG, the UL30 features a 13.3 inch display whereas the UL50AG and UL50VG both feature 15.6 inch displays.
All of the models will come with Windows 7 as standard and will feature Bluetooth, WiFi, a multitouch trackpad and webcam, it is thought that one major selling point for these models is the fact they use ASUS’ Power4Gear system, this is said help allow the laptop to offer a maximum battery life of up to12 hours.
The UL Series of notebooks is expected to launch in the UK on the same day as Windows 7 is launched (October 22nd), you can see more details on specifications and pricing on SlashGear.
