Apple iPhone: AT&T CEO talks about data usage

We have an interesting article for you to read now, in which AT&T Wireless CEO Ralph de la Vega has spoken about the future of data usage in relation to the Apple iPhone.

As reported from Computer World, De La Vega explained how the demand for wireless broadband in the U.S is growing, with demand increasing 5,000 times in the last three years.

Interestingly though, De La Vega revealed that 3% of AT&T’s smartphone customers use 40% of all smartphone data and consume 13 times the data of “the average smartphone customer.”

When quizzed how he plans to combat this problem, he revealed: “We have to manage the network to make sure that the few cannot crowd out the many.”
