Super Talent/Toshida UltraDrive DX SSD’s
By: Jamie Pert | October 7, 2009 | Leave a CommentSuper Talent have recently announced a new range of Solid-State-Disks, the new product line is called the UltraDrive DX series, all of these drives have Toshiba branding, exactly how this came about I’m unsure.
The SSD’s use MLC NAND within, this provides the drives with a maximum read speed of 230MB/sec, and allows a maximum write speed of 180MB/sec.
The drives also features encrypted password protection and uses data randomization technology in an attempt to keep your personal data safe and secure.
The drives are available now in sizes from 64GB to 512GB, prices start at approximately $219 and work there way up to $1649, we do not currently have an itemized pricing for all of the drive sizes, however when we do we will keep you informed, check out SlipperyBrick for more information.
