Apple iPhone: Bell and TELUS confirm release

A few days ago we reported on the ‘almost’ confirmed news that Canadian network providers Bell and TELUS will be bringing the iPhone to customers soon. Well both companies have just made an announcement, making things all official.
As reported from BGR, both Bell and TELUS have now issued press statements in relation to the iPhone release, although prices and release dates have not been mentioned, yet.
Customers on TELUS can opt to sign up for an emailing list, which will then notify you when official details are released, but no such option for those on Bell.

I will be getting the iPhone as soon as Bell Mobility brings it to the network. I have long commutes back and forth from work, and I get too motion sick to read. So the business of carrying my cell phone to contact my family while on the go with my gameboy device to while away the time and ipod to drown out unsavoury noises will end when I have the versatility of all 3 in one phone.
Hi, I would of gotten the Iphone at Bell but I think its too little to late. They now offer the new Palm Pre and I think this pre is as good as the Iphone.
theres nothing like the iphone doesnt matter what comes out. i am getting the iphone for sure! its going to be an early christmas this year;)

I know ill for sure be getting the iphone the day it comes out for Bell, right now I have a blackberry storm, its cool and all, but just not cool enough, apple kicks ass, what else can I say
the 3GS will be in my pocket the day it’ll come out… i have the blackberry storm right now and it’s good but it is very laggy

hi there just to let you know that inside the sales departement at bell mobility in quebec, there have been many rumors that the IPHONE will be availlable november 8th! its not official but that’s what we heard inside the big box!!!
an htc product compared to a apple, its like comparing nicaraugas economy to USA’s
Telus Mobility has a release date of Nov. 5th. I am sure that Bell will not want to lag to far behind this date.
