As reported from Apple Insider, this will now allow iPhone owners to try out apps such as Skype with VoIP enabled over 3G, as opposed to the previous option of only WiFi.
Skype President Josh Silverman is naturally delighted by the news, as he stated: “It is the right step for AT&T, Apple, millions of mobile Skypers and the Internet itself.”
