Panasonic’s MW-10: New Media Players
By: Jamie Pert | October 6, 2009 | Leave a CommentRecently a new media player has showed up on SlipperyBrick, the new media player is made by Panasonic and is called the MW-10, this media player is a bit of a mix between a digital picture frame and a Laptop/PC.
The media player would in my opinion be a great thing for kids, the display has a 9 inch diagonal with a resolution of 800×480, although the media player is relativity small it is not exactly a portable device.
The MW-10 has a CD player, FM Radio 4GB of internal memory, and an iPod Dock, it also has a USB port and a SD memory card slot, exactly what media it can handle isn’t yet known but I would imagine it will play most audio formats, most video formats and play slide-shows of your picture files.
The Panasonic MW-10 will be available in Japan as of October 23rd, the price will be 50,000 Yen, which is roughly the equivalent of $550, which in my opinion is extremely high given its relatively unimpressive display, check out SlipperyBrick for more information.
