Microsoft Mouse 2.0: New concepts to rival Apple Mighty Mouse

We reported to you last week about Apple’s plans to update their current Mighty Mouse, but now we are hearing reports that Microsoft are fighting back with new mouse concepts of their own.

According to this article from Apple Insider, Microsoft are calling their new concepts ‘Mouse 2.0′ and they are thought to contain similar multitouch capabilities that will be offered in the updated Mighty Mouse.

Apple Insider have uploaded some of the rumored designs over on their website. As you can see, they are rather unusual designs you’d have to say, so it will be interesting to hear your thoughts on them.

Apple still has the upper hand though, as their updated Mighty Mouse could release before the end of the year, while these Microsoft concepts are still in prototype stage.
