CEATEC Japan 2009 Live: Panasonic’s 3D Video Technology Demo

We mentioned in a recent post that Panasonic were hoping to launch its Panasonic 3D Plasma TV sometime in 2010, the electronics giant were at CEATEC Japan 2009 yesterday showing of this new technology. The live demo certainly showed that Panasonic are committed to the project.

Akihabara News not only got to see the Panasonic 3D Technology but also the recently mentioned Toshiba 3D Cell Regza as well. Akihabara admits that the Toshiba version is impressive, but the Panasonic technology has the edge.

Panasonic certainly means business at this year’s CEATEC event, as they have been demoing a 50” 3D Full HD TV PDP along with a 3D Blur-Ray player. We have known about these for months, but is great to finally see them in the flesh.
