It has been confirmed that the next update for Snow Leopard, Mac OS X version 10.6.2 has already been released to developers. As expected, the update fixes a host of bugs while also tweaking existing features.
As reported from Apple Insider, the update focuses on particular aspects in Snow Leopard, such as QuickTime, Spotlight, Time Machine and the Address Book.
AI state that the pre-build file size will come in at 445.5MB size and will also contain changes to AppleScript, XType and Open CL.
However, there also seems to be a few early problems with the latest version, including hangups when using the DVD Player and instances of glitching when trying to use an optical drive.
