Windows Marketplace: First impressions are not good
Filed under: Cell Phone Information, Cell Phones

If you have managed to get your hands on a Windows 6.5-powered device such as the HTC Pure, then chances are you have been able to sample the new Windows Marketplace.
However, early impressions of the Marketplace are not looking too positive. BGR reports that the store only contains around 34 applications, most of which are priced higher than 99ยข, which is what Apple usually charge customers on the App Store.
We’d have to add that those preview shots seen at BGR don’t look too great either, talk about a rather outdated interface, wouldn’t you agree?
Still though, its early days at the moment, so who knows what Microsoft are planning for their Marketplace. Let us know your thoughts on this.
