A new hands-on review for two of Sony’s newest Cyber-Shot cameras has recently been posted on AkihabaraNews, the two models reviewed are the Sony Cyber-Shot TX1 and the Sony Cyber-Shot WX1.
The Sony Cyber-Shot TX1 features a 10.2 megapixel sensor, a 4x optical zoom, a 3 inch touchscreen LCD, it has an ISO range of 125 to 3200, the camera also accepts Memory Stick Duo memory cards.
The Sony Cyber-Shot WX1 is pretty similar, it features a 10.2 megapixel sensor, a 5x optical zoom, a 2.7 inch LCD, it also has an ISO range of 125 to 3200, the camera also accepts Memory Stick Duo memory cards.
AkihabaraNews’s review can be seen here and features some sample images, along with a lot of press photos, all in all both cameras do pretty well in the review, however the reviewer does state that if he had to choose one he would go for the TX1 due to its design.
