Ceatec Japan 2009 is the county’s largest electronics and gadgets show, which will begin at the start of next week. Those who attend will get to see a host of new technology that will one day be available to those all-important consumers but what prototypes are we likely to see at the show.
The most popular gadgets at Ceatec 2009 will be the Panasonic 50-inch plasma 3D TV, which we previewed the other day. Another cool gadget has to be cell phones made from wood; they certainly look much cooler than the boring plastic cases. Sharp will be showing of their wooden phone, which has been made from surplus cypress wood.
Sticking with the cell phone theme, DoCoMo along with its partners will be showing how far they have progressed with the development with LTE (Long Term Evolution) wireless services. DoCoMo are working closely with Fujitsu, NEC and Panasonic on the project.
