Another LG handset has recently been unveiled on AkhibaraNews, the handset is called the LG GD510 and it seems that it may be referred to as the “Pop”, you can see LG’s advert for the handset at the end of this post.
The LG GD510 has a 3 inch QVGA display, this display uses the same touchscreen technology which was offered in LG’s latest PRADA phone, it also has a solar panel on the back of the handset along with a 3 megapixel camera.
On the advert below it seems that one of LG’s main selling points is the fact that handset is said to be “The most compact 3 inch full touchscreen phone”, this combined with the fact it can charge in the sunlight may attract a few customers.
Personally I like the look of the handset, however we are yet to see the handsets UI, if this is impressive the handset may be successful, if you head over to AkhibaraNews you can see LG’s full press release along with a gallery of photos.
