Garmin Nuvifone G60: Price, Specs and Release date

Garmin have just officially announced and unveiled the Nuvifone G60, which will be launched on October 4th on the AT&T network. The phone will bring a combination of smartphone features as well as extensive GPS capabilities, making it an ideal handset to pick up this holiday season.
As reported from BrightHand, the Garmin Nuvifone G60 will come equipped with preloaded maps of North America, complete with voice-guided directions and point-of-interest locations.
On the smartphone side of things, the G60 will run on Linux and offers a 3.5-inch WVGA resistive touch screen, 3-megapixel camera with geotagging, 3G connectivity, full HTML browser, 2.5mm headphone jack and 2GB of internal memory (expandable with MicroSD).
If you’re interested in picking this up, you’ll be able to buy it both in-store and online for $299 with a two-year contract and after a $100 mail-in rebate.
