
Dell Latitude Z: Charges Wirelessly
By: Jamie Pert | September 29, 2009 | Leave a CommentDell have recently revealed plans to release a new laptop aimed towards business customers, the new laptop is called the Latitude Z and features something that we have not seen before in laptops, wireless charging.
The wireless charging is made possibly via an inductive pad which is built into a laptop stand, according to Dell recharging times are said to complete in “about the same amount of time” as a standard charger
Other details regarding the laptop are still quite scarce howsoever it is expected to measure 16 inches across and is relatively narrow (14mm at its thinnest point), it is thought that the Latitude Z series will start at around $1,999.
