
McAfee and Adobe in Security Solutions Partnership
By: Peter Chubb | September 28, 2009 | 1 CommentSoftware giant’s McAfee and Adobe Systems has announced that they are to join forces and offer new software, this new security solutions partnership will help to protect your companies sensitive information. This information includes things like, intellectual property and regulatory compliance.
InternetNews reports that this new partnership will certainly benefit from McAfee’s policy-based data classification expertise and Adobe’s leadership when it comes to policy-based document protection. The new application suite still has no name, but is due to be released early in 2010.
Once the suite is ready, it will be made available as a download from the McAfee Web site. The Anti Virus software giant is also going to make its McAfee Security Scan antivirus software free for all its customers who download and install Adobe’s Flash Player and Reader software.
