LG Chocolate BL20: UK Release Information

You may have read our article earlier in September regarding the LG Chocolate BL20 handset, at the time of this article details were beginning to emerge however no details were guaranteed and there wasn’t any information regarding a release date.

Just to recap the LG Chocolate BL20 features some pretty impressive specifications which are also enhanced by the handsets design, the handset features a 2.4 inch QVGA display which supports a resolution of 240×320, it also supports a microSD card of up to 16GB but has a disappointing internal storage capacity of 60MB, it does however have Bluetooth 2.1 and a 5 megapixel camera.

No definite UK release date has been confirmed yet, but LG stated in their press release that the handset will be available in the final quarter of this year, for more information, photographs and LG’s official press release check out SlashGear’s article here.

I’m not usually a fan of LG’s handsets however looking at the photos on SlashGear the handset looks pretty nice, it may not be quite as feature packed as some of todays handsets, however it looks like a simple back to basics phone backed up with some decent features.
