HTC Leo Benchmark Tests: 300% Improvement over Touch HD
By: Peter Chubb | September 28, 2009 | Leave a CommentThe HTC Leo or HD2 as most of us know the handset by certainly has our hearts racing, but get ready to be amazed once more. Early benchmarks have been popping up, and it looks as though the Leo will have a 300% improvement over the older Touch HD.
There are a number of reasons for this, but the major factor is its 1GHz Snapdragon processor. Engadget have stated that the processor is not just for show, and it makes good use from its power. The 300 percent improvement is not just on its speed, but with every 3D graphics benchmark that was run as well.
Wmpoweruser.com said that in one test alone, the HTC Leo saw a 1,822 percent improvement over the Touch HD, its CPU performance was more than three times as fast. There is one thing that worries us though, we are not sure how much of a drain this performance will take on the battery, let us hope that the battery is a long-lasting one.
