iPhone MMS: Could it Crash AT&T’s Network?

We have an interesting article for you to read now, which debates whether AT&T will be able to handle the huge amounts of extra traffic on their network, due to their iPhone MMS update which went live yesterday morning.

As we mentioned yesterday, the update will finally allow iPhone users to send unlimited picture and video messages through AT&T’s network.

An article we have found over at PCWorld, debates whether AT&T will be able to manage with the sheer amount of traffic that the MMS update will bring. Despite being several months late with the MMS features, AT&T have admitted themselves that they expect ‘record volumes’ of traffic after the launch.

How is MMS working for you at the moment? Have you experienced any sort of slow down issues with the network when sending messages?

Take a look at the article over at PCWorld above for more details on this.
