BlackBerry Tour OS 4.7.1.53: Officially Released

You may have read our post early last week regarding the release of OS 4.7.1.53, at the time of this post we were under the impression that the official release will take place on October 1st, however the official release has occurred today (according to IntoMobile).

The OS release is long awaited, what exactly has been changed and added to the OS is currently unknown, however I’m sure over the next couple of days information will be revealed, when we find out more we will keep you informed.

You can find out how to get hold of the official release by checking out IntoMobile’s article here, however I must warn you to only go ahead with the new OS installation if your are aware of what you are doing and the risks involved.
