Sony and developers Polyphony Digital have announced that Gran Turismo 5 will be released in Japan during March next year. The news has just come out of the Tokyo Game Show, where they also revealed some details on the game.
As reported from Eurogamer, GT5 will feature around 20 locations with over 70 tracks to try out and no fewer than 1000 cars to choose from. Fans should expect full ‘Gran Turismo’ style single and multiplayer modes, as well as interaction with the Sony PSP, although no specifics were mentioned yet.
Polyphony Digital also confirmed some of the previous leaked info for the game, such as being able to export game videos from the game, directly onto YouTube and the PSP.
More details over at Eurogamer, still no solid release period for US and EU sadly.
