Pure Sensia DAB / WiFi Radio: Features Facebook, streaming, and touchscreen
By: Alan Ng | September 21, 2009 | Leave a CommentInternet radio specialists Pure have just announced a new gadget to their existing lineup. It’s called the ‘Sensia’, and it has the ability to connect to Facebook, thanks to its built-in WiFi connectivity.
As reported from MacWorld, the Sensia is actually being marketed as the ‘world’s first high resolution DAB digital and Internet-capable radio’. The Sensia is going to be aimed towards regular Facebook users, as you’ll be able to connect to your profile page wirelessly, and all on a lovely large color touchscreen.
Main features include a 5.7-inch touchscreen, 30W RMS total, 15 RMS per speaker, iPod or MP3 player input facility, alarm and remote control.
If you’re interested in picking one of these up, they will be available before Christmas, priced at £249.99 (around $402) with a two-year guarantee included.
