Intel Developers Forum 2009: PLX Technology

PLX Technology have just announced that they will be providing a demonstration of their upcoming product at this years IDF, which starts tomorrow in San Francisco and lasts up until Thursday.

As reported from TradingMarkets, one of the highlights of their demo will be an enterprise usage model of its latest PCI Express 2.0 switches. TM also reveal that during the demo, onlookers will see a PLX PEX 8696 PCIe Gen 2 switch supporting multi-host/multi-root connectivity.

Then PLX will also show off non-transparency (NT) capability, which will be a feature exclusive to their company.
