
T-Mobile USA delivers high-performance customer service
By: Jamie Pert | September 18, 2009 | 1 CommentAccording to a recent article on IntoMobile it seems that T-Mobile USA’s customer service excels beyond competing carriers, so much so that in the second volume of their 2009 Wireless Retail Sales Satisfaction Study J.D. Power and Associates have put T-Mobile USA top in regards to “the nation’s most satisfying wireless carrier” .
The study was based on just under nine thousand customers between January 2009 and June 2009, in terms of friendliness and knowledgeable staff T-Mobile received the highest score, also in terms of prices, promotions and retail displays T-Mobile also scored highest.
The vice president of T-Mobile USA ‘s retail sales and operations had this short and sweet statement regarding the achievement “We are proud of this achievement,”, T-Mobile have always done pretty well in these studies, its just a shame that their 3G network isn’t great, find out more on IntoMobile.
