By: Alan Ng | September 18, 2009 | Leave a CommentFollowing on from the recent update to Mozilla Firefox which advised people to update their flash player, it has been revealed that around 30% of users with an old version of flash, updated to the latest version.
As reported from Computer World, Mozilla have stated that around 10 million Firefox users were convinced to download the latest version of Adobe Flash.
The news follows last week’s warning that users were advised to update to the latest version of flash, as old ones are no longer safe from potential attacks.
Adobe had this to say on the figure: “For us, anything that others do to help users stay up-to-date is a good thing,”
