Pre-order ITG’s xpPhone: Obviously with Windows XP

China ITG (In Technology group) have redesigned and just launched their English website and are now accepting pre orders for the xpPhone. The company state that this is the first phone to run Windows XP. The power slider does not appear to have gone through any notable changes since it was last seen cosmetically or otherwise at their last demonstration at Computex.

There has been no price mentioned and you will not be asked to put down any cash sum for pre orders, however what is interesting is that they ask you to choose between 3g modules for Orange, Vodafone or AT&T. This seems that ITG has intent for global release.

More interesting than the weight of nearly a pound, the 4.8 inch screen, the nine major technologies or even the seven major advantages is the fact that it supports the global three major 3g standards.
