Verizon pulls plug on $10 Samsung WEP 707 Headset

It has been revealed that Verizon have mysteriously pulled a recent promotion they were running, on a $10 Samsung WEP 707 Bluetooth Headset, without any official announcement.

As reported from SoftSailor, the headset was available online today for just $9.97 with free shipping, as long as they used the unique “FREEOVERNT” code.

As you might imagine, many of you jumped at the idea of picking up a bargain, but it has now been removed from the Verizon website without any explanation from the company.

Luckily for us, we haven’t bought any from the Verizon website, so it doesn’t bother us too much, but for the many that did, this is obviously very irritating.

Let us know if you have bought one while the link was up, and if you have heard anything from Verizon regarding the headset.

Took a shot at it. Cancelled about 12 hours later. They gave me some offer of 30 bucks off of the LG HBM-520 (which I didn’t want). This is the second time in a week this has happened. Garbage.
