
Symbian Foundation: Vopium is the latest member
By: Alan Ng | September 16, 2009 | Leave a CommentIt has been reported that Vopium, the company behind the popular mobile VoIP application, have announced that they will be joining the Symbian Foundation, according to Symbian themselves.
As reported from IntoMobile, the move will see Vopium gain access to licensing rights for the Symbian Foundation Platform, which includes being royalty free and without having to pay source code fees.
A Symbian spokesman had this to say on the news: ”We are eager to see the innovations that Vopium will bring to Symbian consumers.”
