Zune 4.0 Software: Download now

Microsoft have announced that the Zune 4.0 Software update is available to download now. It is a free update and includes all sorts of new features for you to enjoy.

As reported from Cnet, the Zune 4.0 update has come at just the right time it seems, as today is the day where the Zune HD goes on sale too.

Zune 4.0 software will feature a brand new interface, new quickplay page, Smart DJ support and an updated store featuring content like HD movies, rentals, and TV shows.

Once you update to 4.0, you’ll also be able to stream music over the Web by logging into your Zune.net account on any Mac or PC. You’ll need a Zune Pass music subscription to make use of this feature though.
