Asustek have just unveiled their new range of laptops, known as the UnLimited family or UL laptops. They have been designed to maximize battery life and take influences on Apple’s range of Macbook Air laptops.
As reported from Computer World, one of the main selling points for the new laptops, will be their thin and light portability aspects. They will also have various features that the MacBook Air dont, such as larger screens, DVD drives and most importantly, lower prices.
Having said that, the Macbook Air will still come out of top in terms of processing power, but these are definitely worth considering if you are looking for a new piece of kit.
Features will include 1.3GHz Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 processors, 0.3 megapixel cameras and the option to upgrade to Windows 7.
