A recent post on PhonesReview looks into the browsers on the BlackBerry 9700 Onyx and the BlackBerry Storm 2, the post also features a video showing the handsets side-by-side loading a website over WiFi, the video isn’t greatly informative but gives us a peak s to what we can expect, this video can also be seen at the end of this post.
The video in my opinion is a little disappointing as the website takes a while to load on both handsets, this could be because of site traffic or perhaps Internet connection, or it could just be the handsets.
Overall the BlackBerry 9700 Onyx outperforms the Storm 2 in terms of website loading time, however the reviewer does state that the BlackBerry Storm 2 is running an older OS version then the Onyx. To see more details check out PhonesReview.

Will definitely be looking at the Onyx. The reason you get a blackberry is because you are going to type more than SMS’s. Typing an email (or 2) on a touchscreen is such a pain.
What would be cool is the onyx with a touch screen (as small as it is, for scrolling through messages etc)
