It seems as if the mobile phones just keep coming at the moment. After news of the Samsung Rogue, Motorola Cliq and Palm Pixi, Nokia have just announced a new handset in the way of the Nokia 7705 Twist.

As reported from Cnet, the Nokia Twist is certainly catching eyes with its unusual and interesting design. As you can see from the image above, it is a squared design which features a full swivel mode.

It has a 2.4-inch display, full QWERTY keyboard, 3 megapixel camera with video recording, visual voice mail and much more. The Nokia Twist is definately going to appeal to the younger generation, with features such as a ‘post to blogs’ mode for photos and videos, bluetooth , music player and instant messaging.

The phone will be exclusive to Verizon Wireless, and will be available online 13th September and in-store 21st September. It will be priced at $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate, subject to a new two-year customer agreement.

We’d like to hear your thoughts on the Nokia Twist. Do you like the design? There is a gallery of pics up at Cnet for you to check out.
