The creators of Monopoly (Hasbro) have now released a free web version of their classic board game, however it will differ quite dramatically as it will use Google Maps and Street View to create a global game board.
The game is said to use the solid foundations set by Monopoly, however there will be a lot of new features and additions, one new feature will allow you to build a range of buildings from a standard house to a huge skyscraper.
It seems that gamers will be able to own any street in the world, you will be able to build an empire and even sabotage other players streets, for more information check out ComputerWorld.
