New iPod Camera Upgrade: Technical issues could delay
By: Alan Ng | September 8, 2009 | 1 CommentFollowing on from our news yesterday, which informed you about upcoming iPod models with built-in cameras, it has now been revealed that technical issues could result in a delayed release.
That’s according to this article from Apple Insider, who have been informed from a source close to Apple, that the company are having problems relating to the iPod camera modules.
Due to the unexpected delay, it is now unknown if Apple will decide to postpone the announcement alltogether, or just delay the intended September retail release for the new models.
Looks like we may not be seeing the 3.2 megapixel sensors as seen in the iPhone 3GS, after all. We’ll update you when we hear more on this.
