Hands-on: MSI X600 Laptop

You may have read our post early August regarding the MSI X600 laptop, if you missed the original article you can also see LaptopMag’s fully detailed review here.

Just to recap the X600 is 0.75-inch thin and hardware wise is has a 15.6 inch display 1.4GHz Intel Penryn Core 2 Solo processor, 4GB of RAM, 500GB hard disk capacity and 512MB Radeon HD 4330 graphics the laptop comes with Windows Vista Home Premium.

The MSI X600 laptop has now received a brief hands-on review on Engadget, rather then looking at performance, pricing etc it looks into the build quality and usability. The build quality is said to be better, however still not great, due to its slim design and use of plastic it is said to feel quite flimsy.

Usability wise the X600 is not a whole lot different to its predecessors, however the addition of a full numpad does give it a slight edge.
