LG Chocolate BL40: Release Update

We have not posted any news on the LG BL40 Chocolate Touch over the past few weeks, the last update was a hands-on video that was informative, but lacked details on the phones release.

Today we have an update for you, while we do not know the LG BL40’s exact release date, we do know that it will be sometime in the middle of September for Europe, and October for the rest of the world.

According to the Boy Genius Report, the phone will be “different from anything else on the market”. The LG BL40 Chocolate Touch features a revised LG UI, 21:9 touchscreen display, aGPS, Wi-Fi, 7.2Mbps UMTS/HSDPA connectivity, and a 5-megapixel camera with Schneider-Kreuznach lens.
