We mentioned about the T-Mobile Pulse handset briefly here, but we have more details to give you now. The T-Mobile Pulse is now official and is the first ever pay-as-you-go Android phone.
As reported from Phandroid, the announcement of the T-Mobile Pulse comes days after Sprint announced their version of the HTC Hero handset. If you are interested in the new Pulse handset, the phone will cost £179 ($294 USD) as a one-off payment, and then you’ll need to pay £5 pounds a month for cellular service, along with £1 a day for internet access (if you want it of course).
A quick refresh on specs for the Pulse now. It will feature a 3.5-inch touchscreen, HVGA resolution with auto-rotation, Quad-band GSM connectivity, a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and up to 210 minutes talktime.
The phone is scheduled to release sometime in October, most likely in the U.K and Germany first. We’ll let you know once we know more details. Head over to Phandroid for all the pictures and detailed specs.
