Snow Leopard: The technical review
By: Jamie Pert | September 2, 2009
With millions of people currently upgrading to Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard many people are still wondering whether or not to buy the upgrade, well if you haven’t already been convinced by the cheap upgrade price check out ArsTechnica’s 23 page review here.
The 23 page review is extremely in-depth and looks into many aspects of the OS which includes purchasing, installation, improved looks, improved 64 bit support, Quicktime X and a lot more, rather than repeat what has been said on their fully detailed article I would recommend checking their article out.
In my opinion the price of upgrading, the ease of upgrading and the improved functionality make the upgrade well worthwhile, at the moment in my opinion there is no reason to not buy the OS apart from perhaps not being able to afford the upgrade.
Did you choose not to upgrade? If so why?
