PS3 Slim knocked off top spot by Xbox 360 game

It has been revealed that the PS3 Slim console has been knocked off the top spot in Amazon’s best seller category, by a rather surprising Xbox 360 title, we might add.
As reported from Xbox Lifestyle, the PS3 Slim was dethroned by none other than the Xbox 360 version of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.
Its worth pointing out that prior to the PS3 Slim losing its number one position, it had stayed at the top for two weeks. So you’re probably wondering how the game managed to do it arn’t you? It turns out that Amazon had listed the game as yesterday’s ‘Deal of the Day’ and had it on sale for just $9.98.
Looks like hundreds of you saw an ideal opportunity for a bargain and snapped up the game, causing it to overtake the PS3 Slim to go top.
The game has since returned to its $27.99 listing.

I still stick to the Xbox 360 coz most of the good games release exclusively for the xbox 360.
Ha! What “good exclusive” games? Halo!? LMAO! Most games for 360 are ported to PC and they are 10x better on PC. Besides almost everyone has had to send their 360’s in for new ones. My PS3 has been strong since day one! So I will stick with PS3.
The only reason I have a 360 is to play Star Ocean and I was not even 4 hours into total play time when I got the red ring of death! Microsoft can suck it! It would have looked so much better on the PS3! Curse you Tri-Ace!!!
For the record PS3 is hardly “going stonrg”, google YLOD (Yellow Light of Death). It seems the blue ray lasers fail at a significant rate now in the PS3, score one for Sony forcing blu ray down everyones throat.
“significant rate”? What is this rate? Why didn’t you post that number if your are trying to defend the xbox or throw dirt on the ps3.
So you googled something and you got 100,000 sites referencing the same 10 people that had an issue. (just an example of how viral stories become “fact”). Now the issue is HUGE and needs to be resolved.
Please, in comparison the PS3 will ALWAYS have superior hardware over the Xbox360. The games have been on par with 360 for over a year now. This fall you will see them start to surpass what the 360 can do.
For your record 360 has 54.4 percent defective rate. Tell me do u buy a car if it has that high rate. The answer is no so if want cheap and reliable console then buy ps3. Do not buy 360 it will have rrod then u got to send to Texas or sell it on eBay.

To the children who reply on these boards with nothing better to say. This is fo you. I have owed an XB360 for over a year and half. In that time not one of the games I WANTed to play were exlusive titles. I refused to pay for Gold membership, because when I had the trial it was down alot. (Xmas 08). COD4, BadCompany, Gears2, and even a little Halo title (I rented. I was never impressed with the quality of the games(pc looks better). I also realized that the quality of the visual imagery of the games was not getting better without significant increases between load times. I believe the xb360 has hit it’s wall technically. I lost interest, it sat in the closet in a duffel bag. I gave up on gaming. When I saw the ps3 slim I believe this is the way to go. Or at least I hope. I don’t regret trading the ugly white box. Forza is no GT5
