Xbox 360 Elite: Price cut confirmed in the UK too
By: Alan Ng | August 27, 2009 | 3 CommentsFollowing on from our reports yesterday that the Xbox 360 Elite would be receiving a price cut in the U.S, we can also confirm that Microsoft will be cutting the price of the Xbox 360 Elite console in the UK too.
As reported by Eurogamer, the price cut will come into effect as of tomorrow (28th August), and will see the Elite reduced to £199.99. That is a price cut of £30 from the original price, but it has also been confirmed that the Elite console will not come bundled with an HDMI cable.
We already informed you a while back that the Xbox 360 Arcade model will receive a price increase, but that has also been confirmed. The new price for the Arcade bundle will stand at £159.99 and will not be packaged with any software.
