Pantech C180 on AT&T: Cleared by FCC
By: Alan Ng | August 27, 2009 | Leave a CommentSome news to report on the upcoming Pantech C180 phone now, as it has just been revealed that the handset has been cleared by the FCC. The phone is heading to the AT&T network and due to the FCC’s approval, customers should see the phone released very shortly.
As reported from IntoMobile, the phone is going to be very appealing to some due to its expected $50 price tag. However, the lack of a camera or bluetooth might keep a lot of you away for good we reckon.
What you do get though is an FM Radio, WAP Browser, Music Player and a memory card slot. We still think its a good deal for such a low price, particularly for those who have a damaged phone etc – its an ideal candidate for a backup option.
