
Nokia Money: New mobile payment platform
By: Jamie Pert | August 27, 2009 | Leave a CommentYesterday Nokia announced their new Nokia Money platform, the Nokia Money platform is said to be a similar service to Paypal, however instead of email addresses the service will use mobile phone numbers as identifiers.
The Nokia Money service is said to be “simple and convenient”, it will allow consumers to carry a wide range of tasks such as sending friends and family money, paying bills and even top up pre-paid SIM cards. This service will be available 24 hours a day from anywhere.
