Gears of War 2: Bargain version coming in September
By: Alan Ng | August 26, 2009 | Leave a CommentIf for some unknown reason, you haven’t had the chance to experience Gears of War 2 on the Xbox 360, you might be tempted to do so after hearing that Epic are planning to release a ‘Game of the Year’ edition next month.
As Joystiq reports, it’s not just the bog standard version intended to make more cash either, as for around $40 (GameStop and Amazon differ slightly), you’ll be treated to the full game complete with all the bonus downloadable content that was released along the way.
By this we mean the All Fronts pack, which includes the Flashback, Combustible, Dark Corners and the Snowblind map packs. Thats not all either as Joystiq also confirms that you’ll get the deleted ‘Road to Ruins’ campaign too, sounds like a bargain to us.
Both retailers mentioned above have it down for a September 1st release date. Pencil it in.
