Zune HD Preview: More App Details.

Recently leaked photos of the Zune HD have shown up on BoyGeniusReport, one of these photos shows a menu item which we were previously un-aware of, this menu item titles “Apps” seems to suggest the Zune HD will have its own “App Store”.

The person showing the Zune HD tried to access the Zune HD Apps via WiFi however nothing showed (probably as it is not live). There are also unconfirmed rumors regarding a Zune SDK, which fits in nicely with the possible App Store.

At the moment we have heard nothing official from Microsoft, but if it is true it could be yet another feature which will help it compete with Apple’s iPod Touch. For more details including the photo in question check out BGR.
