Weight Loss Sensei on BlackBerry SmartPhones

A new application is now available via BlackBerry’s App World, the application is called Weight Loss Sensei and aims to assist you in losing weight. The application currently costs $9.99 however it seems that this price may increase.
Apparently the software definately does help, according to reports it has already helped someone called Michael Schneider lose over 50lbs. The software is said to combine fitness tips, with advice and customized meal plans to help you reach your desired weight.

I highly recommend this product. It has helped me more than any other program I have tried. How can you beat a hand-held sensei encouraging you throughout the day to exercise and eat the right stuff? I love the structure, encouragement, and interesting, well-researched nutrition and exercise articles. It also fits my lifestyle. I am a busy mom and full time MD (radiation oncologist) and I applaud the quality of this site and weight loss program. It has motivated me to take better care of myself (a down-fall of so many busy moms, doctors included!)

I think that the biggest problem with Weight Loss Diet is that people often do not continue doing
exercises or keeping diet. It is very much in our brain. We would like to have it flat but it is hard
to sacrifice for it. And even if one get it then often do not maintain it so after couple of
