It seems that Apple’s latest version of Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) seems set for a August 28th shipping date, this is according to the UK listing, and also apparently US preorder customers are reporting that they have received emails stating the same shipping date.
In the UK Snow Leopard is listed for £7.95 and in the US it is listed for $10.75, the product also has no extra delivery cost, in my opinion Mac OS X users would be mad not to buy it.
Apple have not currently officially announced the release date, and many believe that the official date will be September 1st, as we find out more we will keep you posted, check out SlashGear for more information.

Where can I find the £7.95 listing for Snow Leopard?
Please ignore that last comment… found it on the Apple Store now… but that price is only for people who bought a Mac since June…
