New Discovery Channel iPhone App

For those of you who love the Discovery Channel and own an iPhone, a perfect new application is now available at Apple’s App Store. The Discovery Channel iPhone application is said to contain a “robust collection” of video clips from some of their most popular shows.

Shows that are featured include Deadliest Catch, Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs and Cash Cab, the application also contains a programming schedule, photo galleries and quizzes, also the app links in with iTunes where you can buy full-episodes of the Discovery Channels TV programs.

The application will be available for iPhone and iPod Touch, I’m pretty sure the application is free, however have not heard any evidence confirming this yet. For full details check out IntoMobile’s article.
