RIM Plans Flash and Silverlight in BlackBerry web browser

According to an article on BoyGeniusReport it seems that Research in Motion will be developing a browser for their BlackBerry handsets, this browser will fully support both Flash and Silverlight. At the moment BlackBerry’s browser only supports Flash lite so this development is huge for Blackberry handsets.

This development could be quite a long way of however either way it is great news, BGR are reporting that we won’t see this development until approximately this time next year however if developments are made with data speeds this may be pushed forward.

Personally I can’t really understand how this development can take over a year, hopefully competition will push this date forward, to see full details check out BGR’s article.
