Uncharted 2 Trailer: PS3 at GamesCom 2009

We have a brand new trailer for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves for you to check out, straight from Sony’s press conference at this years GamesCom event. If you didn’t already realise that this is lining up to be one of the best PS3 games to date, just watch the latest trailer and judge for yourself.
We have to admit, we cannot wait for this game to come out. It has been scheduled for a October 13th release in North America, but sadly the European date has been put back until a further date, let’s hope its before Christmas at least.
Back to the trailer though and you can check it out below, courtesy of Joystiq. We reckon Uncharted 2 will be among those nominated for G.O.T.Y, what do you think? Did we also mention how good the soundtrack is in this trailer?

If the story in this is as good as Uncharted, this game will be out of this world. I 100%’d Uncharted 1, 5 times (lol, yeah, obsessive much?), but it was just that damn good. Loved the gameplay, loved the characters and the dialogue. It was just an all-around awesome title. Here’s hoping Uncharted 2 follows in it’s footsteps (altho, from what I’ve seen thus far of ND’s engine improvements Hope, won’t be a factor).
